As an HR professional, our app helps you keep employee data accurate everywhere it matters without manual work. Eletive connects directly to HiBob, so when someone joins, changes roles, or leaves, that update flows automatically into Eletive. No more manual list uploads, no more spreadsheets to reconcile, and no risk of engagement surveys or performance reviews going out to an outdated employee list.
Functionality and how the integration works
Connect Eletive to HiBob through a secure OAuth connection, set up in a few clicks with no passwords or API keys. Once connected and configured, Eletive automatically syncs employee profiles (capturing new hires, employment/role changes and leavers) from Bob daily, plus a manual sync option whenever you need to pull changes sooner.
You control which data fields are shared during setup, and can revoke access at any time.
