Employees and departments flow from Bob into CoffeePals every day — new hires, role changes, and departures are reflected without any manual work, so you never re-upload a CSV or update members by hand. Bob attributes and departments become ready-made audiences in CoffeePals, letting you target and personalize coffee matching, onboarding, mentorship, and moments by team, location, or tenure. Connect once and your people data stays current as your organization changes.

Functionality and how the integration works

After an admin connects Bob from CoffeePals, the app reads your employees and departments from Bob and maps selected fields to CoffeePals user attributes. Data flows one way, from Bob into CoffeePals, and refreshes automatically every 24 hours. Admins choose which fields and departments to import, then use those attributes and departments to build audiences that power engagement programs. Disconnecting removes the connection and invalidates access at any time.
