1. The integration operates through DoControl’s ITDR (Identity Threat Detection and Response) connectivity, which maps HiBob’s organizational data directly into DoControl’s modules. It imports and maintains the company’s user list and department hierarchy, ensuring that security policies are always aligned with the current corporate structure. Within DoControl Workflows, security teams can utilize the “Get ITDR Metadata” step to dynamically fetch a user’s most recent HR attributes during an event. This allows the workflow logic to evaluate the employee’s specific context—such as their active status, role, or department assignment—and execute highly targeted enforcement actions based on the polled HR data.
